Barcelona return from the extended autumn international break with a demanding run of five matches in just over two weeks. There are back-to-back European away days, with Flick’s side travelling to Istanbul to face Galatasaray, before a tough Champions League assignment away to PSG one week later.
Those matches come either side of league fixtures against Getafe and Real Betis, before the first Clasico of the 2026/27 season. Real Madrid visit Camp Nou on October 25th in what will be Jose Mourinho’s first competitive trip to face Barca since returning to Spanish football. Barcelona’s Champions League dates in November include a home clash with Unai Emery’s Aston Villa, as well as a long trip to Azerbaijan to take on Sabah in Baku.
On the domestic front, they visit Atletico Madrid in one of the toughest fixtures on the La Liga calendar. Immediately following the international break, Villarreal head to Camp Nou on the weekend of November 21st/22nd, while the month concludes at the Riazor against newly promoted Deportivo La Coruña.

The standout game in December comes in the Champions League, with Manchester City heading to Camp Nou on Tuesday December 8th. That should mean Barca host Celta Vigo on the previous Saturday, although the kick-off time has yet to be confirmed.
Barca will also begin their Copa del Rey campaign in the final midweek before Christmas, with an away tie against a lower-division club. Their final game of 2026 is at home to Real Sociedad in La Liga on the weekend of December 19th/20th.

Barcelona’s first match of 2027 is a derby away to Espanyol, and January could develop into one of the busiest months on their calendar. There is no Supercopa this month following the competition’s switch to February, but Barca could instead have Copa del Rey ties in successive midweeks during the first half of January.
They will definitely have two Champions League league fixtures in the second half of the month. The Spanish champions travel to Lisbon to face Sporting CP on January 20th before hosting Cesc Fabregas’ Como at Camp Nou one week later. A top-eight finish would secure automatic qualification for the round of 16 and remove the need for two additional European matches in February.

The Spanish Supercopa will take place in February this season, with Istanbul replacing Saudi Arabia as the host. Barcelona begin their defence of the trophy against Atletico Madrid on February 2nd/3rd at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium. Real Madrid and Real Sociedad contest the other semi-final, meaning another Clasico final is possible.
The official La Liga calendar also provisionally has Barcelona at home to Atletico on the weekend of February 6th/7th. However, that fixture will have to be moved because of the Supercopa.
February could become an extremely busy month if Barca are still alive in the Copa del Rey and fail to finish in the Champions League top eight. In that scenario, they could have eight matches to squeeze in, although they look capable of bypassing the play-off round in Europe.

March should see the Champions League knockout stage properly get underway for Barcelona. If they finish in the top eight during the league phase, they’ll be at home in the second leg of their round-of-16 tie on March 16th/17th.
There could also be a Copa del Rey semi-final second leg at the start of the month. The league schedule looks relatively favourable, with home matches against Real Betis and Deportivo La Coruña, although they have struggled away to Rayo Vallecano in recent years. An international break immediately follows the trip to Madrid.

Barcelona could play as many as eight matches during a huge April if they remain in contention for all three major trophies. Their blistering start to the campaign certainly suggests they could be fighting for the treble come the spring.
The Champions League quarter-finals take place during the first half of the month, while Barca also have four league matches including a home Catalan derby against Espanyol.
There is then the possibility of a Copa del Rey final at La Cartuja on Saturday April 24th before the Champions League semi-finals begin just a few days later.

The second Clasico of the season falls on matchday 35, with Barcelona heading to the Santiago Bernabeu on the weekend of May 8th/9th. If the title race is close, it could once again be an absolutely decisive moment in both Real Madrid’s season and Barcelona’s.
There will still be three league matches to play afterwards though. Barca travel to Real Sociedad, host Malaga in their final home game and conclude the campaign with an awkward away trip to Getafe on the weekend of May 29th/30th.
The second leg of a possible Champions League semi-final also falls at the beginning of May, immediately before the Clasico.

Barcelona are hoping to reach the Champions League final for the first time in 12 years and challenge for a sixth European crown. This season’s showpiece takes place on Saturday June 5th at Atletico Madrid’s Estadio Metropolitano.

Anyone planning a trip to see Barca should be wary of treating the provisional Sunday dates displayed on many fixture websites as confirmed. La Liga games can move across the relevant weekend, with Friday and Monday fixtures possible, although Barcelona are most commonly scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays.
The situation is easier in the Champions League, where league-phase dates and times are already confirmed. Knockout dates will also become clear as soon as the relevant draws and bracket positions are known.
The easiest and safest way to buy FC Barcelona tickets is through the club’s official website. Regular tickets for many league matches go on sale considerably earlier than they do at Real Madrid, although buyers should remember that the exact day and kick-off time may not have been confirmed when they purchase.
Demand will naturally be much higher for fixtures such as El Clasico and in the latter stages of the Champions League. Visitors to the Catalan capital should also remember that Camp Nou is currently operating at a reduced capacity of around 60,000 due to ongoing construction work.
